Our initiatives include skill-building in areas such as dance and stitching, providing women with financial independence and creative expression. However, our efforts go beyond just social welfare; we are committed to holistic community development. We run a Physiotherapy Center and a Medical Center, ensuring essential health services are available to those in need. Additionally, we actively work on bore well construction in deep villages to combat water scarcity, providing vital resources to communities in rural areas.

Stree Mandal also places a strong emphasis on children's welfare, with initiatives like the Bal Pustakalay (Children's Library) and the T.K. Toy Library, providing educational resources and developmental toys to foster learning and creativity. We are also deeply involved in cancer care, particularly through our efforts to support pediatric cancer patients with donations and relief projects, ensuring they receive the treatment and care they deserve.

Stree Mandal is also home to specialized departments like Vastra Rahat (Clothing Relief), Anaj Rahat (Food Relief), and Kutir Udyog (Cottage Industry), which serve to uplift those facing economic hardship.
